Nuno Nobre is an entrepreneur and strategic consultant with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in valuing sustainable food systems to the whole value chain, from production to consumption.
Develops projects for the UN and EU, implementing sustainable growth strategies in the agri-food, fisheries and tourism sectors in several countries. It collaborates directly with governments, authorities, stakeholders and global brands such as Michelin and National Geographic.
Founder of the International Sea Urchin Festival in Ericeira, awarded as “Best Tourism Village 2023” by the UN World Tourism Organization, Professor at Lusófona University and Researcher in Food Law, with multidisciplinary projects at Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon and European Law Institute, just to name a few challenges Nuno Nobre is invoved.
In the post-covid era, Nuno created the World Food Institute, a research and social entrepreneurship project focused on food law and right to food ensuring access to nutritious and adequate food for vulnerable communities and populations in a global development context.
